  • How Do I Care For My Home Decor Items?
    Due to the extended cure time for resin products, please be gentle with your Home Decor items for the first 30 days. Our products all cure for the recommended 5 days before being shipped, and are rated for light use at that time, but will not be fully cured for 30 days. Please: Hand wash your items with soap and water Do not soak your items Do not put your items in the microwave Do not expose to heat for long periods of time (ex. do not leave outside) Do not freeze your items Do not drop your items For wood items: use olive oil to keep the wood from drying out after washing For cutting/charcuterie boards and trays: do not use the resin portion of your item as a cutting surface, sharp knives will scratch your item and ruin the finish If you follow all these recommended care tips, your items should last a very long time!
  • How do I properly care for my tumblers, pens, and accessories?
    Due to the extended cure time for resin products, please be gentle with your tumblers and accessories for the first 30 days. Our products all cure for the recommended 5 days before being shipped, and are rated for light use at that time, but will not be fully cured for 30 days. TUMBLERS Never soak your tumbler Never put your tumbler in the microwave or dishwasher - handwash ONLY Never freeze your tumbler or leave it in the refrigerator for a long period of time Never leave your tumbler in extreme heat (ex. in a car) for a long period of time Never drop your tumbler - the high-end resin finish on your tumbler is like glass and can crack if dropped PENS Your pens are made using high end rhinestones and the best adhesive available. With normal use, you should have no issue with stones falling off. To replace the ink in your pen, twist off the tip of the pen and remove the old ink tube and replace with the new one. Then replace the tip by twisting it back on. ACCESSORIES Once cured, your accessories should be durable enough to handle the normal wear and tear that their main purposes pose. Please treat your items with love and they will make you happy for a long time!
  • How long will it take for my order to ship?
    Please see the banner at the top of our webiste for current shipping times. Once handed over to UPS or USPS, Find Your Wave Customs is not responsible for any delays in shipping or delivery.
  • Can I place a bulk order for tumblers, pens, accessories, or home decor items?
    Find Your Wave Customs is equipped to handle bulk orders, on a case by case basis. Please reach out to our team from the contact page for all bulk order inquiries and a member of our team will get back to you to discuss your order. Please do not try to place bulk orders through our website, we will be able to handle your request much more efficiently through direct communication.
